Wolfe Admitted as a Candidate for Ordination
On Sunday, October 26, Michael Wolfe was
admitted as a candidate for ordination to Holy Orders together with his three
classmates at Saint Francis de Sales Seminary in Milwaukee. The Rite of
Admission to Candidacy is an important step in that it offers the candidate for
ordination the opportunity to express his desire and intention to receive
ordination. The candidates were accepted by Bishop Donald Hying within a mass
in the seminary’s chapel. This is their last major step in seminary
formation before the diaconate ordination scheduled for April 2015.
