ON THE WAY TO THE PRIESTHOOD
On Saturday, December 7,
Michael Wolfe, a member of the Community of Saint Paul, was
instituted to the ministry of acolyte together with his three classmates at
Saint Francis de Sales Seminary in Milwaukee (Wisconsin, USA). This is
the second of the two formal ministries to which seminarians are instituted
during their formation towards the priesthood, preceded by that of lector.
The mass and ceremony was presided by Bishop Donald Hying, auxiliary bishop of
the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, with several priests concelebrating (including
three from the Community of Saint Paul). Michael and his classmates are on
track to be ordained as priests in May 2016. Let us keep these
vocations in our prayers.
